Ingredients
- 1/4 Tsp Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Celery Seed
- 1/4 Tsp Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Dash Tabasco
- 1 Ounce White Wine
- 1 Tbsp Cocktail Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Clam Juice
- 6 Ozs Seafood: Shrimp, Oyster, Crab or Scallops or a combination.
- 6 Ozs Half-and-Half
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients but the half-and-half in a double boiler pot. Bring mixture to a boil. Add half-and-half and let come to a boil again. Put a pat of butter into a bowl and pour in mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
