Ingredients

  • 1/4 Tsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Celery Seed
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dash Tabasco
  • 1 Ounce White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Cocktail Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Clam Juice
  • 6 Ozs Seafood: Shrimp, Oyster, Crab or Scallops or a combination.
  • 6 Ozs Half-and-Half

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients but the half-and-half in a double boiler pot. Bring mixture to a boil. Add half-and-half and let come to a boil again. Put a pat of butter into a bowl and pour in mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
